Delivery & Fulfillment

When will I get my order?
Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Once fulfilled, your order is shipped from the facility closest to your location. Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs or carrier delays.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with global print-on-demand fulfillment centers (via Printful and Printify). Your order will ship from the facility best positioned to fulfill it efficiently.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are assessed by your local customs office. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Order Tracking & Missing Packages

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

If your order seems delayed:

  1. Double-check your shipping confirmation for any address errors.

  2. Check with your local post office or customs office.

  3. Ask neighbors if the courier left the package nearby.

⚠️ Incorrect Addresses:
If the delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the lost shipment. We can reship your order, but shipping will be at your expense.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we will always make it right if your order is incorrect or defective.

We offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Your product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item was mislabeled

To request a resolution:

    • Clear photos of the wrong or damaged product

    • Any relevant details

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges for size/color:
We do not offer exchanges for size or color preference. Please review our size charts on each product page before ordering.


Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled; stolen packages are not covered under this policy.

  • Production and shipping times may be extended during peak holiday seasons.
