Sunyyata.life (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an online store offering made-to-order products through third-party print-on-demand partners. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge and accept our Shipping & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and the terms outlined here.

3. Products & Orders

Made-to-Order Production:

  • All products are created on demand via third-party fulfillment providers (Printful & Printify).

  • Minor variations in color, design placement, or material may occur due to the print-on-demand process.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

  • Once an order goes into production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, shipping rates, and product availability without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its supported methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which includes:

  • Estimated production & shipping times.

  • Responsibility for customs fees, duties, or local taxes on international orders.

  • Limitation of liability for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer. We are not liable for stolen packages.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • No general returns or exchanges due to made-to-order production.

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for wrong, damaged, or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; misdirected orders are not refundable.

All content, logos, designs, graphics, and images on Sunyyata.life are owned or licensed by us and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the site or its content without written permission.

Any dispute shall be handled in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, CA, unless resolved through mutual agreement.
